11th Afro-Arab Parliamentary Conference
Damasus, 22 - 24 July 2004
Under the high patronage of H.E. Bashar Al-Assad, President of the Syrian Arab Republic, and in response to the invitation of the Syrian People’s Assembly , the 11th Afro-Arab Parliamentary Conference was convened in Damascus during the period from 22 to 24 July 2007. . The conference is jointly organized by both the African Parliamentary Union (APU) and the Arab Inter-Parliamentary Union (AIPU).
